What Is a myUSCIS Account?

Writer: Noha Immigration LawNoha Immigration Law

If you are applying for an immigration benefit from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") you want to know about myUSCIS, which is USCIS' online account system. It is quite easy to set up an account with myUSCIS. With a myUSCIS account, you can apply for certain immigration benefits; quickly receive USCIS Notices; and communicate with USCIS on certain matters. While it isn't a perfect system (and, is there any online system that is perfect?), it can make certain tasks much easier. For more information on how to set up your own myUSCIS account, read this helpful flyer published by the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
