AILA Client Flyers From the FilCom Fiesta

Hi everyone, we're bringing copies of these flyers to our booth at the FilCom Fiesta. We weren't sure how many to print, so if we run out and can't hand you one, all the flyers are available below. Each flyer has been prepared and reviewed by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the nation's leading organization of immigration attorneys.

We selected three of our most frequently asked questions: (1) What are the rights of a Lawful Permanent Resident (also known as a "green card" holder) at a U.S. airport or other port of entry (available in English and Tagalog); (2) What are your rights if ICE stops you in public; and (3) What can an immigration lawyer do for you? (We appreciate you, ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude, but sometimes you make errors, and there are certain things only a lawyer can handle!)

We hope you find these flyers informative and helpful. One of the reasons I started Noha Immigration Law was because I wanted to make quality information as readily available to the public as possible to help alleviate confusion and that overwhelming feeling that often follows when you have immigration questions. These flyers from AILA are a great resource.
