Texas District Judge Blocks Family Parole In Place

Yesterday, the federal district judge in Texas hearing several states' challenge to the Biden Administration's Family Parole In Place program (also known as the "Keeping Families Together" program) issued a decision that blocks the program. The judge concluded that the Biden Administration lacked the authority to offer the program. Whether the government will appeal the district judge's decision remains to be seen.
