Ninth Circuit Win for Asylum Based on Cartel Violence in Mexico

Writer: Noha Immigration LawNoha Immigration Law

Yesterday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a win for asylum applicants facing a fear of persecution based on cartel violence in Mexico. Read the full decision here: Meza Diaz v. Garland, No. 23-973 (9th Cir. Oct. 8, 2024). #asylum #cartelviolence
